To commemorate the 20th anniversary of HDIU, simultaneously celebrate International Women's Day 08/03 and the tradition day of the Youth Union 26/03, HDIU has officially launched a photo contest Miss HDIU. The contest welcomes the participation of all the girls who are and have been studying in this school. This is also a rare opportunity for students and alumni to meet and share the experience together.

Photo contest Miss HDIU 2013 officially starts on 8/3/2014 and lasts until 24h00 on 03/22/2014. Prizes will be awarded in Miss HDIU 2014 finale taking place in Phu Nghia – Chuong My - Hanoi on 03/23/2014

The rules of the contest are as follows:

1. Participants:

The students and former female college students of HDIU who has never been in cosmetic surgery or sex change, from 1m55 tall or more.

2. How to participate

- Submitting your digital images via email address: yenlt@sra.vn

- Entry period will start from 0h00 on 08/03/2014 to 23h59 on 14/03/2014. Photo submitted after 0h00 15/03/2014 be considered invalid.

- Each candidate is allowed to send 3 photos (full body or bust). Accented Vietnamese file names are not accepted.

- The maximum file size for each photo is up 5 MB with the JPG format.  Image size minimum width is 800 px. Photos can be taken outdoor, in studio or natural landscape. Photos are allowed to adjust light, colour and use photoshop but these designed factors are not changing the photo content. Candidates are also not allowed to integrate multiple photos and insert caption.

- Candidates are required to provide information about name, hometown, jobs, marriage status, hobbies, height, measure of 3 rounds, sharing and life perspective.

- The organizing committee of Miss HDIU photo contest reserves the right of selection, posting and photo editing.

3. Rights on publishing photographs, information

- Photos must be submitted by the character in the image, photos sent by friends and their relatives are not accepted. Candidates shall be fully responsible for the copyright of the image , as well as ensuring consent, agreement on property rights with the props , decorative objects ( if any) in the photo . Invalid photos will be excluded in any kind of stage.

If the organizing committee finds out any untrue candidate information, candidate will also be excluded from the contest as well as deprived the title even after the contest.

4. Regulations awards

- 1st Prize: 1.000.000 VNĐ, 01 card set in 6 Months golf training in HDIU golf field, 01 clothing uniform of HDIU and Miss Photo title HDIU (if the winner is not getting married yet) or Miss Lady HDIU title (if the winner got married)

- 2nd Prize: 700,000 VNĐ, 01 card set at 3 months free Golf HDIU

- 3rd Prize: 500,000 VNĐ

In addition to the above prizes, candidates into the Top 20 finalists participating in Miss photo HDIU 2014 Beautiful Honor finale night will receive a certificate as confident, dynamic students of HDIU and will be awarded a school uniform.

5. Judge

- The jury:

The organizing committee of Photo contest HDIU 2014 will invite photographers, models participating as qualifying Jury and finale Jury.

- Winning photos will be calculated based on 50% proportion of like and share, 50% from jury.

By the end of 22/03/2014 organizing committee will finalize the like and share. The Hit like and share after 0h00 'on 23/03/2014 will not be counted.

- Contest prize will be awarded in the Miss HDIU 2014 finale on 03/23/2014 at Phu Nghia, Chuong My, Ha Noi.

6. Copyright

- Organizing committee has the right to publish, promote candidate’s photos with the commercial purposes without any extra cost and advance notification.

- Candidates must be present in contest of activities organized in the framework of organizing committee.

- Donors have to ask organizing committee for permission of using the candidate photos.

7. Liability Limitation

- Organizing committee is not responsible for the changed, distorted photos due to malfunction or Internet connection.

- Organizing committee is not responsible for incorrect information of the candidates.

8. Legal conditions 

The contest takes place in compliance with the requirements of the law of Vietnam.

The jury reserves the right verdict highest award, the title of the contest.

Organizing committee reserves the right to check the status of legitimate candidates in accordance with article 1 or not, even after finishing contest. Only organizing committee reserves the right to grant and remove award.

9. Result Announcement

Trophies, prizes of the contest will be announced at the finale scheduled to take place on 23/03/2014 at Phu Nghia -  Hanoi.

10. Pause or cancellation of the contest

Organizing committee is not responsible in case the contest is canceled or postponed for reasons of force nature, as objectively network collapsed, natural disasters, war.
